MenuCraft operates a strict no-refund policy. All subscription payments — whether monthly or annual — are non-refundable once processed.

This includes but is not limited to:

• Unused days remaining in a billing period after cancellation
• Accidental upgrades or renewals
• Dissatisfaction with features or the platform
• Failure to cancel before a renewal date

Why No Refunds?

Before committing to any paid plan, you have full access to:

• A free plan with core features to evaluate the platform
• A live demo showcasing all themes and capabilities
• Full visibility of all plan features before upgrading

We believe this gives you everything you need to make an informed decision before paying.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered at our sole discretion in the following cases only:

• Duplicate charges — if you were charged more than once for the same period
• Billing errors — if an incorrect amount was charged due to a technical error on our side

To report a billing error, contact us within 7 days of the charge at [EMAIL] with your account email and transaction details.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Upon cancellation:

• You retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period
• Your account reverts to the free plan automatically
• No further charges will be made
